Why is this a great logo?

WebIntenta.com and DavidAirey.com are making us think a lot lately. Why is this such a great logo? I know that sometimes when we see a logo we say, why did it never occurred to me before?

Many times, we forget that simplicity is the main thing in a design. This will become a corporate image that might be printed into T-Shirts, caps, banners, etc.

When you design, please remember that your design has to be:

Descriptive

Easy to remember.

Effective with a few colors, mainly black and white.

It has to be effective for small scales.

It has to be unique.
