In the blog: Blog All in the Head, you’ll be able to find the original

These are my considerations:

Who is the target audience?
You need to know the market where you web site is going to be addressed. It’s not the same to design a very professional looking web site just for fun, thought it’s possible.

What is the purpose?
Every single time a person surfs and gets into a web page he or she already have a purpose or objective. Maybe to buy a product or to learn something

What do you want your guests to do?
Maybe your clients are those type of people that like to purchase products, or maybe those that like to know more about a certain service or company, etc. It’s really important for the web page to fulfill this requirements.

What is the frequency of visits in the site?

The best thing to do is to update your page constantly. In this way your clients will always have the newest information on a specific product.

How will the success of the web page be measured?
It might be measured with the number of clicks given to the sponsors, or the amount of sales made through that web site.
