On a press conference Adobe has announced that Photoshop CS 3 a programme special for professional and amateur graphic designers and photographers will be released this year. Joining this great news, Adobe surprised many of us with Photoshop CS 3 Extended will also be released this year. This extended version will have the same characteristics Photoshop CS3 has, but it’ll also be able to merge 3D layers along with animation. Photoshop CS3 wants to simplify the work for architects, engineers, doctors and scientists.

 

Video specialist will be able to do 3D models, and you’ll also be able to edit textures, to paint and clone many layers of the design.

The animator enthusiasts will be able to do “3D renders” with their respective 2D compositions.

Graphic as well as Web designers will be able to create animations with the fusion of multiple image series. You’ll be able to export this to QuickTime, MPEG-4 and Flash formats.

Architects, Doctors and scientists will have a special tool that will easily allow them to see images, make notations as well as editing them.

Architects will be able to take precise measures of the objects that will show up on their 3D images.
