How to define a “successful” web site?

March 2nd, 2008 | No Comments | Posted in Articles

It’s true that a design for a web page has pretty, it’s not the most important thing for the user. Even when this affects the user, given that this is the first impression he/she will remember of the site. If the design is confortable, the user will stay there, but even more when the site is user-friendly. Trust me, there are millions of web sites out there with highly complicated navigation ways, and people don’t like to break a sweat when surfing.

What do you think will make people come back to your site? It’s the content. The very same thing that make the Googlebots come back to your site, it’s just the same things your readers will do. A site with good content, and daily updated will make people come back. It’s important to know that people like to visit interesting and informative web sites, but never a web site that was last updated 5 years ago!
