How to avoid printing problems?
Criterion offers a great list of tips that you need to take in consideration when it comes to print out your brand new designs. This tips will help you save some a couple headaches. As many of us already know, when it comes to printing, something always goes wrong. There’s always that little detail that you forgot, the typographies where not changed to curves or you even forgot to link an image.
To avoid this, remember:
- Always have a contact number with the company or supplier that will print the designs for you.
- Do and follow a list of requirements, and stick to them.
- Save your every step.
- DO NOT fall asleep.
- If you have the change, try to always sent a printing test before the real design.
- Make your design in many image formats, one will work for sure.Â
- Structure whatever you’re going to send.
- It’s a great idea to include in the same CD or DVD a .txt document with any warning you might want the Guy at the printer know before doing it.
- Try to have a certain level of trust with the person that prints your designs.
