On several occasions discussed the importance of knowing how to implement textures in our design, and I explained that one reason is the way in seconds can bring a design to life, when a fund was bored or was seen as a text if something is missing. Everything depends on how we implement it, and that idea we have, besides of course, our creativity.

In DesignBlurb published an excellent tutorial that explains how to implement a good texture, in walking distance and ideal for beginners. Join the layers, apply the texture and play with opacity and levels until the desired effect. Simple, huh?
