These magazine covers are very hard to understand and to read. Even when they’re playing with the font sizes, in many cases, I feel that they’re killing the pictures. “the customer is always right”, but if I was this designer, I would hang myself up. Remember, we are the professionals here, don’t let these kinds of things happen.

If you want to learn, you need to read… Libros Web is a web site that supplies online free books, and it also has programming books as well that were translated from their originals in english. The books they have in stock can be both downloaded in Acrobat Reader format or read online.

CommandShift3 is a great web site where you can compare 2 web sites at the same time. You pick out the one you liked the most. It’s that simple, you’ll see two pictures of two different sites and you click the one you liked the most.

SearchIcon is a free icon search engine. It has a data base of 61,225 icons (until the date I wrote this article). The only thing you need to do is to write the word related to the icon you’re looking for. You can also browse through the categories found and find amazing icons. All the icons are in .PGN format.

The open source resources are very popular nowadays, and they have been proven to be a good payment resource as well. They can be really helpful when the time comes.
In Design Vitality I was able to check out the whole open source resource list. Among which I was able to see templates, web designing programs, CSS layouts, CSS generators, themes for your blog, etc.
