In Free CSS Templates you can find great free templates to download. They all come with the image file they used, an html file, the style sheet .css, and a document with the type of license of the template.
Apart from this at Free CSS Templates you’ll be able to see a lot of templates created with Flash, in the Web 2.0 style, 3D, etc. These here are not free, but they can be really good for inspirational purposes.

I was just testing this great online image editor, FotoFlexer, and I have found great things in it. Even if it’s not an Adobe Photoshop, it helps edit online images with ease. It allows you to add layers, basic effects, image resizing, invertion, rotation, blurring, etc. It even has the do and undo option.

In order to use this service you need to register, it’s free and you could use it anytime.
