The 19 most used shortcuts in Photoshop
Saturday, December 8th, 2007If you’re one of those who like things done fast, and don’t like the mouse. I advise you to use the 19 shortcuts.
- Combining Visible Layers [Crtl+Shift+E] Combines all the visible layers on screen.
- Adjusts the screen [Crtl+0] it zooms until you use all the space available on the screen.
- Zoom + [Crtl++] Increases the zoom.
- Zoom - [Crtl+-] Decreases the zoom.
- The Hand Tool [Space] By holding this key of your keyboard you’ll have it right there.
- Palettes [Tab] Hide/Show the palettes (history, layers, histogram, etc).
- New Layer [Crtl+Shift+N] Creates a new layer.
- New layer without confirmation [Crtl+Alt+Shift+N] Creates a new layer without it’s confirmation.
- Cut [Crtl+Alt+C] Selects the cutting tool.
- Undo [Crtl+Z]
- Back [Crtl+Alt+Z] It goes back to the last changes
- Forward [Crtl+Shift+Z] It goes forward on the changes.
- Next window [Crtl+Tab] It allows you to choose the next window among the open ones at photoshop.
- Previous window [Crtl+Shift+Tab] It allows you to choose the previous window among the open ones at photoshop.
- Brush [B]
- Help [F1]
- Select all [Crtl+A]
- Invert selection [Crtl+Shift+I]
- Transform selection [Crtl+Alt+Shift+A]
