There are definitely many talented people for the art of folding paper.
Its a very optimistic story about Fred, a guy who has the ability to create beautiful origamis, and he would like to change the world. Created by Joaquin Baldwin, of Paraguay, an a UCLA student. Who presents the story in the CGTalk. Basically, the animation was done in paper, then the scanned it, and after that he painted it in Photoshop. And finally, he edited it in Afte Effects.
