One of the best ways of forming a great relation with your customers, is to be available at any time for them. Maybe by having your phone not busy, or an email that you check more than once a day or something like that will always work on your favor

How many drafts do you sent to your clients?

bocetos1.jpgPersonally speaking, I don’t send more then three. Why? I don’t want to confuse my clients with too many things. I have faith that my designs will be good enough. Normally I let them know why I used certain elements in my designs and their benefits this will bring to their company, etc.
