Why is this a great logo?

WebIntenta.com and DavidAirey.com are making us think a lot lately. Why is this such a great logo? I know that sometimes when we see a logo we say, why did it never occurred to me before?

Many times, we forget that simplicity is the main thing in a design. This will become a corporate image that might be printed into T-Shirts, caps, banners, etc.

Your company Logo has to be something that you really feel identified with, something that reflects what your company is about. Obviously, when having a new business, your logo is very important because from that point the rest of the idea flow will start running, ideas that will develop your marketing strategy.
