The open source resources are very popular nowadays, and they have been proven to be a good payment resource as well. They can be really helpful when the time comes.
In Design Vitality I was able to check out the whole open source resource list. Among which I was able to see templates, web designing programs, CSS layouts, CSS generators, themes for your blog, etc.
If you need to make any photo, and you don’t have Adobe Photoshop at hand. You’ll be able to use and online application called PicMarkr. You’ll be able to upload a 25 Mbs image.
