As we discussed at Vandelay Design, a designer is always alert to find new tools that help us to save time for free (especially when the delivery date of a project we hurries) and simplify the design process. Currently the number of sites that help us create a basic template should not take long.

So a group of 22 listed tools to create CSS templates, but rather “skeletons” of templates, an excellent base to start from there with our design and allow more time. Includes sites to download templates with structures lists, others to create Wordpress themes, and several that we can go looking for the location you wish to have the elements in our project.
